This program offers a safe and welcoming space where women can engage in guided activities, workshops, and peer support that are tailored to their individual needs. Through participation, women experience reduced social isolation, improved mental well-being, and increased physical activity.

Program Focus Areas:

Professional Development Workshops – Empowering women with tools for career growth and self-sufficiency.
Skill-Building Activities – Enhancing personal and practical skills for everyday success.
Field Trips & Community Integration – Encouraging social connection and engagement within the broader community.
