Health and Wellness

Our Health and Wellness department helps newcomers navigate the often complex U.S. healthcare systems to access vital healthcare upon arrival.

Our Health and Wellness department is committed to ensuring that newly arrived individuals and families have access to quality healthcare and the resources they need to lead healthy lives in the United States. We understand that navigating the healthcare system can be complex, especially for those new to the country. That’s why we offer a range of services to provide guidance and support.

From helping with Medicaid applications and explaining the intricacies of the healthcare system to connecting individuals with healthcare providers and promoting preventive care, we’re here to ensure that you and your family have the healthcare support you need. In addition to physical health, we recognize the importance of mental well-being, especially for those who have experienced trauma. Our department provides information and referrals for mental health services, offering a compassionate and understanding approach to mental health support. Our goal is to empower you to take charge of your health and well-being, so you can thrive in your new home.
